Mt Remarkable National Park, South Australia



A highly cryptic bud-like spider that relies on its magnificent camouflage to go

unseen. Also known as wrap-around spiders as they wrap their legs and body

around a twig to give the impression of a bud or broken twig. A genus with 17 known

species and found all over Australia - in South Australia they are commonly preyed

on  by mud-dauber wasps.
